The license to create Artwork may be terminated by Louvre Museum at any time without any reason. All licensing rights to all the designs, including local copyrights and the rights under Article 27 and Article 28 of the Japanese Copyright Act, entrants are not granted any rights to use the Properties for any other purpose, all rights to the Properties remain at all times with Louvre Museum, their related entities and partners and no rights to the Properties are transferred to entrants.Artworks must be newly developed by the entrants only for UTGP2024, and must have never been published before.Regardless of whether the designer has obtained licensing rights or not, it is prohibited to use representations which include, evoke, or imitate specific persons or intellectual properties which belong to other third parties, including but not limited to charactors, brands, logos, images, illustrations, styles, compositions, and linguistic expressions.Contest entrants must cover the cost of producing their designs on their own.Entrants may not have recourse to artificial intelligence to generate any parts of artwork.Plagiarised submissions, designs that have been developed for other purposes, or designs that have been used in the past by other organisations or companies will be not be accepted.However, design positioning may be altered by UNIQLO when necessary. Entrants can submit designs that cover the entire front and back surfaces of a T-shirt.All submissions, including illustrations and photographs, must be submitted on a flat surface - a sheet of paper, for example - because winning designs will be used to create prints for T-shirts.Designs sent by mail, for example, will not be accepted.
